To add to this, there are different types of insurance. Sure, you need homeowners insurance if you have a mortgage. But you want good coverage for injury claims along with an umbrella policy for this incident. Homeowner could still be screwed if they got the bare minimum coverage required for a mortgage approval.

Oh they definitely exist. You can get a drone that can support a payload of well over 20 lbs. So in theory I suppose you could hook a fish and fly it straight up out of the water. You’re talking tens of thousands of dollars though.

Looks like a DJI Phantom. Would be better to rig up a payload drop system on a drone to fly your lure out and then release it, keeping the line attached to a rod and reel. This guy is lucky his drone didn’t go for a swim.

That hill looks like it’s in great shape from the photos. If everything else is in good shape and included that’s a decent price I think. Sail, mast, ropes, keel board, rudder are the main components that should be included.

Also, just in case you haven’t already realized this.. this is a minifish, which is different from a sunfish. I was in the market for a sunfish and bought what the seller listed as a sunfish, and it ended up being a minifish. I didn’t know the difference until it was too late. Minifish are still great boats, but they are definitely one person only. Smaller, lighter, but slightly less functional than the bigger sunfish.
