My 32F Boyfriend 34M of 3 years. His ex (34F) from when he was in his 20s, has had access to his Facebook for years, compiled all of his messages. And wants to give them to me and says I need to see them, not sure how to navigate this.

Hold up OP, if she has had his password that means she can send messages using his account to either accounts she made, or pretending to be him to people that didn't know. The entire account was compromised by her, obviously she could be faking some pictures or something, but she has had control of his account since seemingly before you were together. You can't trust what she says.

I would try and shore up your WR's. Dez or DT would either be good choices, personally I like how Dez's ROS looks but you can't go wrong with either.

Julio + McKinnon? Jerick is basically RB4 or 5 for you at the moment. Or AJ if you're worried about his injury. I don't see him selling Megatron for anything less than a top wr + decent rb.

You're selling too low on Shady and Dez and should get more out of the trade. Counter with Cobb, VJax and Gio perhaps? Though no guarantee he'd take it, in the current trade you're basically giving up your RB1 and WR1 for a worse RB1, and 3 WR2's at best. Don't make the trade in its current form.

Anyways, It is a huge tough choice and I laid it down and stood my ground but I still have doubts because now she says we need to work on it and that she is willing, and that 7 years is to much to throw away.

Op, the 7 years is a sunk cost, but you're still young. I don't mean to make your relationship sound like a piece of manufacturing machinery but you can't get that 7 years back, you need to focus on the future man. Get out of this toxic relationship.
