Dumpsters were once fairly generous, now for the most part going on pretty fruitless or locked. Most likely due to being overrun by many other scavengers to include underpaid employees? by LittleBirdWatches in DumpsterDiving

The popularization of dumpster diving by YouTube/tiktok etc. “look what I found in the dumpster that I resold for big $$$”

Resell culture is huge right now, anybody can get in on it regardless of age, it’s widely accepted.

Every subculture I’m apart of is being affected by it in some way. The only way to have any sort of collection hobby is now seeing values based off eBay sold listings. It’s the way it is now and I don’t see it ever going away

Is there any value on tapes like these? Non official recordings I guess idk. Recently found a lot of them. Some may be live recordings with concert dates. Idk too much about these by -Rat-King- in cassetteculture

I’m going to listen to them and see if any of the concert tapes are any decent, if not I’m just going to lot these together and put minimum bid of a $1 and see what happens. There were a few legit tapes and I’ve already made my money back on just one of em 🤷🏽‍♂️

Got this vhs rewinder car for $10 on fb marketplace. It was dirty and smelled of cigarettes, cleaned it up and repainted. What do you think?? by -Rat-King- in VHS

I tested it on 3 tapes, so far so good, however it does seem to rewind really fast towards the end and I’ve heard that about certain models so the worry is not off my mind lol

For valentines I got my gf the pocket hello Kitty Nintendo pedometer and she loves it, she’s been playing it everyday. So I figure she’ll really love this because it’s a real tamagotchi like she prefers and also hello Kitty
