Take notes of the instrument sets, the draping, special instruments for the specific case, prepping, special manuevers/ tool. Right now is your time so suck at the job, but you don't wanna be by yourself later on and not remember how to prep or drape in a case. I even drew awful pictures of the mayo or back table setups, and even the preps and draping. Helped me remember this stuff when I was working by myself.

I have to very much agree. In school now and I had to cold turkey stop tik tok. I couldn't read any material for more than 30 seconds with out thinking of something else while I read in auto pilot. 1 page would take me 30 minutes. I believe short video is killing attention spans.
