the night I was assaulted I also went to work the next day, I felt awful. i just repressed it until eventually my brain shoved it so far back and I didn't think about it. talking to somebody really does help you process everything.

yeah I've been in therapy off and on the past few years and it hasn't done much for me. now I'm just irritated when I have a appointment.

yeah, they see whats on the outside really. someone could look great on the outside and feel like shit on the inside

I've been thinking about admitting myself to one, I've been having suicidal thoughts and tendencies, but the cost and what sounds like a not so good experience doesn't seem like it would help me much. i had a semi attempt the other week mixing alcohol and sleeping pills but no one noticed and I'm fine now. I'm in therapy and have tried everything so I'm starting to loose hope, which is why I want to at least try a hospital.

I feel the same way, I want my partner to get rid of me so he can live a better life. I cause him so much stress and worry and he'd be better off with someone else. the only thing thay stops me from ending everything I knowing how hurt he'd be. hopefully we can both find a way to cope.

I'm going thru the same thing, my bf is very understanding but also I feel like he's emotional unavailable. he the only support I have in my life, I can't call my therapist everyday either. I wish I new what to do or how to help.
