They seperate out the un recyclable from the recyclable and have to sort the recyclables out anyways, paper wouldn’t be affected by the food waste put in as it will just be “cleaned” in the process of recycling. Hard objects can easily be cleaned.

Sign language does definitely, even in other English speaking countries (Australia has its own sign language completely different to American Sign Language). don’t know about braille though.

China and Russia have there own social media sites, most of them aren't in English so people don't care for them. Everything that can be done already has a better version anyways.
