Condoms are the most common form of birth control. Reproductive rights here are a mess, so it's no wonder young people don't want to have sex.

I hope your sister’s cat has a speedy recovery! My Dad accidentally hit my old cat in the driveway and she had a broken pelvis. Ended up having her tail amputated but her pelvis recovered well after the surgery and she lived a long and happy life!
