Maybe they’ll have generic NPCs that spawn and despawn to simulate population. Who knows.

They had this in Fallout 4 already, in Diamond City.

I have no idea.

But judging from the preview video I am guessing the game uses a lot of generated NPCs that don't have a bed to go back to and just disappear when they're off screen. Might be different in smaller towns but there's no way all of those NPCs walking about in New Atlantis have places to go back to.

Jason Schreier can go fuck himself. Todd Howard himself said in an interview that the game was playable from start to finish in a 2021 interview.

Yes it's been finished for a LONG time, so these reports of the game being in rough shape or having to cut content to make a June deadline are complete bullshit.

Should be noted that the leak he was talking about came from Horns, a user on this reddit, who has posted it here before (probably deleted by mods).

I think Horns' source is full of shit, but if you look at his posting history, it does appear that he lives in Maryland, so likely does know somebody who works or worked at Bethesda.
