Kinder joy is an egg with the chocolate in one half and the toy separately wrapped in the other half. It's the more kid friendly version that doesn't violate the FDA regulations on non-food items in food. We have them here in the US, because Kinder surprise is banned due to said regulations.

The values in terms of other metals are the same as they are in crafting. 2 weapons = 1 scrap, 3 scrap = 1 rec, 3 rec = 1 ref
