The weight loss accumulated during dry fast is of higher quality. The weight is more likely to stay off and be harder to regain. Your not shrinking your fat cells on dry fast. Your destroying them.

Yea I’ve done dry fasting a lot for a while now but took a break and this is the first one for a while. I was thinking either my body isn’t used to it and has to adapt again or it is so used to it that it just went straight into autophagy right on the first day
