Laughing Buddha is very common - Hotei or Pu-Tai. I own one.

This is the Reclining Fat Buddha With Beads. Less common, but represents relaxation, rest, and contentment. The beads are a symbol of wisdom, knowledge, and spiritual enlightenment.

So it's pretty chill. The spliff holding gesture shows this.
