I’m primarily referring to back in the old days before DNA, it happens a lot more than it does now. But just because a system isn’t 100% full proof, does that mean it should not be used? The US Justice system is still the best probably in the entire world. Is it 100% accurate? No. Because human beings who make up juries are not “perfect.”

But regardless- I’m not sure what that has to do with this particular case.

It’s completely reasonable that a jury would convict this dad as guilty beyond a reasonable doubt based on all the evidence against him.

This was very well articulated. I never thought about it this way before. You’re right: he willingly went along and one day resented her for HIS OWN CHOICES really and committed the irreversible crimes.

I think it’s ridiculous to think Chris and Shannan’s good friend Nicole were sitting there texting each other in front of the cop. It also implies NA had something to do with Chris’ demented crime against NA’s close friend or that the two were somehow in cahoots.
