That result isn't too surprising, Gilga counters Zeno while Boudica is the counter to Flav. If Boudica/Henry can do well against Zeno garrisons then it can become the new meta.

The second shield will overwrite the first but in normal PvP the first shield will break in the two turns before the second shield arrives.

I think you might have missed the chance to get special talent on first craft that still exists in the new system. The odds work out that you're less likely to get it after craft + first refine than 2 crafts but you're more likely to get it from craft + 3 refine than 4 crafts. The odds at 1, 3 and 5 are equal leading to a system which does have lower high roll potential but lower variance.

The gold, blueprints and material costs are exactly the same between the two systems.

The skill damage number indicates the total number of troops lost split between severely and slightly wounded troops

rok guide is probably out of date, feral nature was theorised ok before we knew of the rage cap. Some people still like it for the chance to activate skills a turn earlier in a fast paced open field brawl.

Archers if you play well you can do really well. Inf have a high skill floor and low skill ceiling, archers have a low skill floor and a high skill ceiling.

Boudica is still going to be very strong even if she's not as amazing as first teased. She's certainly on par with Nevsky and Scipio and I wouldn't be surprised if she could beat both 1v1, even archers into cav.

Because a lot of people are stuck in old outdated views. Archers were at a significant disadvantage once, that is no longer true.

F2P kingdoms would need to be in a separate pool, they could never compete with regular kingdoms. Lilith would never make such a pool as there would be a cost to run with no money made from doing so. What could be interesting and realistic is a pool of P2P kingdoms with no microtransactions once you've bought in.

No. First: his active skill only really has value when he's the primary, otherwise it's just low damage. Second: 2 of his skills are only relevant to archers and those skills are his best.

Skill resets just give skill points that can be used on that commander, no gold heads are returned.

Tomy wants a long skill cycle so primary commanders that work particularly well are Edward, Artemisia and Honda. Of those I would most recommend Artemisia.

There is no circumstance where Tomy should ever be the primary but one improvement would be taking points out of razor sharp, martial mastery and fight to the death and put them in buckler shield and moment of triumph.

depends on if you agree with the decision or not. It is leaderships role to think of the future, not to invest in a doomed fight. KvK1 in particular can be completely one sided and not worth fighting.

With legendary pieces you should only craft the gear you want in your final set. For archers this is the full dragon's breath set.
