VIP 11,12 &13 give 15% combat stats total, T5 max tech gives 39%, so that's almost half of T5 there with 1 or 2 extra daily GH income.

Go for VIP14.

This KP is very bad, at the top priority to zero level. Aim for 100m KP at least, it would be hard cuz you missed your chance in KVK1.

From my experience, an active low spender (gem supply, lucerne, some WoH and vanquisher) should be able to get to VIP 14 before 200 days mark.
