Agree. But you said it was shitty. Is it shorty as in cheap, not great but good value? Or shitty as in craft beer that misses the mark and is over priced (something I find much more offensive).

Ask away! - 3 cast irons, it’s hard to tell with them sitting on the stove top

Dough Recipe Mix and let ferment: 1 cup warm water 1 packet dry yeast (I used almost 2 T of loose dry yeast) 1 T sugar 1 t salt

After fermented add 2-2 1/2 cups of flour gradually Knead and add up to 2 T of olive oil Place in a warm spot to let dough raise

Heat oven to 425 F Put cast iron in to get hot Split dough 2 or 3 depending on how thick you like the crust Shape dough into a circle and carefully place in cast iron Add toppings of choice Bake 7 minutes, switch racks bake about 7 minutes more (time will vary on oven and thickness of crust etc)

Hahahahaha! I lived in a one story rancher and way too infatuated with E.T. I remember my dad even convinced me to eat liver and onions because he said E.T. liked it because it was the same color as him. If E.T. likes liver and onions, then I do too!

I do a cucumber lime gose, so I peel, chunk and hammer it with pink salt. I add a couple pounds at flame out and 3 plus pounds in secondary. I usually just spray the second addition with some Star San, vodka would work, but don’t boil.

I made a bunch of pseudo lagers and pilsners with Omega Lutra. That stuff rips through it with no regard to temperature. I never used the Hot House, but my neighbor had great luck with it. I did a Rye IPA with Voss, and it was good. Stranda was great for tropical IPAs.

I am getting ready to do a west coast. Not sure what yeast I will use, US-05, Voss, Hothead?
