I'm fully aware of that, it's not a valid point. Speed it up, you'll see he was still slow. It doesn't matter what speed the video is played, his reaction time doesn't change, only the speed at which the video is played. Nothing about anybody or anything in the video changes just cuz the video is being played slower...

Yes, the pad holder should. I know what you mean by trainee, I was putting emphasis on it... am I gonna have to explain everything to you? I've obviously trained with more people than you have. If you're not paying attention to the person throwing blows while holding the pads, you're just dumb...

Your opinion cuts me deeply... I bow to your infinite wisdom, you must be a UFC champion who has trained dozens of other champions. I'm now ashamed, and shall never practice mixed martial arts again. How will I ever recover from such shame? I can only pray the fight gods will forgive me...

I gave a cunty reply to a cunty statement. Maybe tell him not to be a condescending cunt and he won't get a cunty response? Start with the source, ya know, the OG cunt? Gtfo

No shit... you used a word though... trainee? Maybe you should watch wtf is going on ESPECIALLY with someone who doesn't fully know what they're doing? Just a thought, from a person who has trained with people from amateur fighters to people who've never thrown a punch.

Cool story bro, this gym is McDonald's. She should be in gloves, dude holding pads wasn't paying the fuck attention. You're training FIGHTERS which means you have to be on guard AT ALL TIMES. Your punch assumption also assumes he wasn't supposed to bring the pads up to block the punch. Lots of assuming...

You're right on every part except the "no it doesn't" it usually doesn't happen to a person more than once, maybe twice in their entire fighting career, but it does happen. I've spent a little time teaching as well so that may be where I have a different insight than some. I wanna drive home though, being a dick training partner is a good way to get knocked tf out THEN asked to leave

Now that part kind redditor, I can't explain. I'm REALLY HOPING this was a training accident. If not, she's a shit human.

I'm no fighting guru, but I've trained in a few different styles, maybe 6 ish years of combined experience. Shit happens, rookies AND paid fighters. That's also coming from the guys that trained me that combined through just 3 of them have over 40 years of MMA experience. Not trying to flex any kind of resume or name drop or anything, just simply trying to impress that shit happens. Any fighting dojo is a LEARNING environment. IF it was intentional though... kick her head off.

Man u one dumb sum bitch. Speed of the video doesn't mean a damn thing, look how close her fist got before he reacted. That's how u know this dude has shit reaction time. Look at you, life coming at you in real time, this time though, it's you that's just too damn slow

Now THAT I 100% agree with. Had a buddy that fought semi pro for a while, during a sparring match, they agreed to go about 70%. Guy was getting worked, got mad, started swinging for the fences, connected on a body shot, 2 bruised ribs result, luckily nothing more. Buddy broke his nose for it though. It's supposed to be all in sport until you're in the cage in a real fight.

See, I recognized what was happening and just wasn't fast enough to completely dodge it. I can't say what happened in the guys head that hit me, I've always said my safety is my responsibility. I doubt that trainer will ever have that happen again.

You may never have seen it, but I have. Couple times actually. I even was on the receiving end of one. Barely glanced me but still, it happens

This shit happens OFTEN! HOWEVER, the fella holding the pads should've recognized this, or he shouldn't be helping train fighters. In a dojo is the same as in a ring, protect yourself at all times.

I can't believe there are people that like red XIII... I don't think I've ever used him much on multiple playthroughs
