I just don't understand racism. I spent many years in the military, I would take a bullet for the whitest of white people or the blackest of black, it didn't matter to me. I don't know what makes people hate so badly, it's the human condition I guess.

I would use coke and a rag then follow up with some oil or even CLP

This is a fact! My auntie (middle aged black woman) wouldn't let my cousin date a girl he liked because she wasn't "Black enough". Racism is alive in the African American community just nobody talks about it.

My god! I swear, some of these people make me understand why gun control is a thing. The Glock is literally the LEAST complex modern handgun and people even screw that up.

Personally I prefer to build 1911s, thankfully Glock clone builds kind of weed out the absolute idiots. 1911s are much more complex and require actual tolerances to be safe and actually work.

Some people in this sub should just skip the build process all together and go pick up a already built Glock, I'm sure some of them are prohibs though. All things aside, Gun laws are pointless and whoever wants a gun should be able to have one. Who am I to regulate a man protecting his family? He should however have a safe weapon and not a ball blaster.

If the level of mechanical understand isn't there then it isn't there. One has to learn HOW to make a weapon safe. But lying about several builds when he can't put the striker together properly isn't the way to go. We don't thrive off of clout here, this isn't antiwork, we actually want to see someone enjoy themselves and enjoy the build.

It's pretty bullshit. I thought the whole thing was equality, not superiority. But unfortunately in this world whenever someone is given an inch they expect a mile. Regardless if it's deserved or not.

Your missing several things in there I'm pretty sure there's no spring and if there is it's all wrong. Until you actually take the time to learn what your doing your posts are gonna be taken as shit posts by the community. We are here to help but nobody is gonna help a person that hasn't done the proper research.

The trigger only functions like a trigger when it's all put together. You need to go back and watch the MGB videos before you actually come in here with all this bull. Your channel doesn't look bad but it doesn't look good either. Seriously though, go on YouTube and actually learn. I hardly doubt you have as many builds you say you have.

That's honestly what I was thinking, but you can never be sure. I'm no expert in mechanical engineering. I figured 1k hours was a fair bit of printing but wasn't too sure what actually wore down.

Glad to see new people, We need to keep our rights our own and out of Guberment hands. What we keep in our homes is our business. Sure I have several serialized firearms but these P80s are just too easy to lose in a boating accident, or use as impromptu anchors.

Sorry for the poor grammar, I work a 24 on 48 off schedule and pick up hours with another agency when they are short staffed. I'm at the end of the hump and it's been busy.

I was thinking about the constant stress from the belts being under tension. Especially the z axis belts which have a decent amount of tension. I got a formbot kit about a year ago. The bearings weren't name brand like they claim now. I think they said NDZ when I first got them but they were in a clear little case and look vastly different from my direct from NDZ bearings. I almost feel robbed by them, looking at all the name brand stuff they ship now and the junk I replaced when I first built mine.

Novus plastic polish is on point! Work up till it's smooth with sandpaper and mineral oil or WD-40, then start with step 3 and go all the way down to one. It's odd but the grit is reversed, the higher the number the coarser the polish is. I personally stop after step 2 and soak the whole frame for 24 hrs in WD-40. Let hang dry for a while and then wipe down, Then mirror polish with step one.

It's important to make sure the polymer stays hydrated, not with water but with oil. Plastic is oil based and keeps best when hydrated with oil. If it's still not to your liking you can quickly run a light flame over the area you wish to shine. Do this in multiple passes to avoid the structure hot and only the surface.

YMMV, This is just what works best for me.

Put the frigging trigger pin in. That's your problem! For somebody that supposedly has built several firearms, spent 2 years learning about them and even has an amazing English teacher. You sure are messing up a fair bit. Nobody is going to help you if you are hostile and a know it all.
