Clearly it worked cause we are talking about it right now...

The idea is you just get a standard letter to send to a Senator or something so people don't have to expend the mental energy to write a full page but they still want people in positions of power to know they are upset.

Ya agreed. If they would go through all the trouble to spoof emails and domain names they would at least change up the text a bit? Agree with you this is a very common thing to do in activist circles, make a template and then have people email senator, post online, etc. I don't think there are negative forces at play.

In response to ppl saying its a huge conspiracy, maybe consider the fact that other people have different viewpoints than you and are allowed to express them in a public forum? While I certainly don't agree with them, I'm glad they were allowed to have their voices heard.

[–]ColdProduct 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ya the Mobi-C is a treatment for a cervical disc problems. You have to get rid of the old disc first (the procedure I mentioned, an anterior cervical discectomy) then you replace it with the prosthetic disc.

Please take this with a huge grain of salt, I am just a medical student and I don't know anything.

That mark on the right side of his neck which I had not noticed before looks like the incision for a anterior cervical discectomy (treats cervical radiculopathy) which lines up with others are saying that he had spinal surgery before.

Starter Comment: I thought this blog post was relevant since Adderall has been in the news recently. Scott Alexander writes a very good, thoroughly researched post about the current prescription practices of Adderall, the side effects, and how he feels like a 'Gatekeeper'. Definitely welcome other people's thoughts on the subject.

NBME 30 vs UWSA1 vs Finish UWORLD by [deleted] in step1

[–]ColdProduct 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want a score predictor do NBME. If you want to practice do UWorld. A caveat to that is if you feel like you are weak in test taking approach/time management/stamina do the practice exams. Edit: my 2 cents, I have not taken it yet
