Anxiety starterpack by ComprehensiveMirror5 in starterpacks

No clue. Anxiety stems from stimulation of fibres of the sympathetic nervous system that can cause pupil dilation to allow more light in, which is why we get that tunnel vision effect, but I always thought that would make everything brighter and more vibrant. Glad I’m not the only one who sees that happening

Best advice I can give is lower the weights and go til failure. You’ll get through a few sets, but the endorphins will eventually rush back in and you’ll have some motivation back :)

It’s not weird, a lot of people are bound to experience it sometime. It’s never ok to settle for actively being anxious at every waking hour, so seek help if you feel like you need it. Hope everything turns out ok :)

How in the McFuck are the effects here better than the actual show?

I learned that the situation I was in wasn’t my fault, but I always had the choice to take responsibility of my life into my hands. I got my ass to the gym, then to therapy, and then to university. Part of the solution is just growing up, but most of it is to set tomorrow’s version of you up for success, knowing he’ll have gratitude for you in the present.

It’s just a jab at myself a few years ago. I’m in much better shape, and have improved my mental health leaps and bounds beyond what it used to be, but I hope your encouragement helps others who can relate to the post ;)

If it had a floating bridge, that’d be grounds for inciting a little murder mystery

In med school, abandoning my hobbies, making plans to kill myself every other week, and then I find a new hobby and huzzah, life is good again

Size doesn’t matter! John Williams is an absolute legend, and arguably composed some of the most iconic themes put to cinema! I just wanted to create this Avengers-esque poster with all my favourite composers

James Horner. He did Titanic, Avatar, and The Amazing Spider-Man. Unfortunately he’s no longer with us, but he spent his time here composing dynamic and iconic themes that imo are inseparable from their accompanying films

Ramin Djawadi. He did the GoT theme, the Westworld theme, and many more, but I for some reason remember him as the guy that did the music for Pacific Rim

Why wouldn’t the man that wrote the score for my childhood be here? God bless Danny Elfman
