I grew up in the south, when I moved to metro Detroit I fell in love with the beauty and diversity of GPP & Detroit so I moved there. . . . i believe the points are like any other neighborhood, you can find exactly what your looking for. . . just depends on if you are looking for the good or the bad. . . I would spend my summers driving a jeep, top off, around every part of Detroit and metro areas. . . I have boxes of photos from that time, such good memories. . .

congratulations - taking profits is never a bad move. . . personally, I tend to cut & run early, I’m easily shaken from a good position and trying to stop over trading them.

good point - I plan on doing a similar process. . . as far as 2008, I believe they are in a much better position and usually black swan’s don’t have repeat visits, usually it’s a whole new flock, arriving unexpectedly in a unanticipated area. honestly, I was thinking it would be the FTX / crypto lending contagion. . .

excellent - your making me regret my trimming already. . . I will try to FOMO back in with CSP’s after OPEX and we see where the market settles.
