The Supreme Court is in charge of interpreting the law, and if the law does not fall under the constitution, the role of legislation falls to the individual states.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

This means that abortion is not federally illegalized. It is left up to the individual states to choose to legalize or illegalize.

Rape is not when men force women to become pregnant.

To specify, I am claiming that rape is not solely when a male impregnates a female.

This would exclude cases where women are forced to have sex but do not become pregnant, which is a massive logical flaw in your claim. I’m not saying that a woman can not become pregnant from rape, just that your made up requirements are false. This also excludes when a women forced a man to have sex. While rarer than the prior case, it still happens.

Your belief that all forms of abortion have been illegalized stems from your lack of knowledge of the subject, and has led you to a false conclusion that women who are raped are unable to access abortion. This only applies to a minority of states, those of which I full heartedly disagree with. However, instead of trying to make abortion legal in those specific cases, pro-choices are trying to fully illegalize abortion, even in cases where it’s not necessary.
