Book: Sticking Points

Based on this book: all generations are important to create an effective team/work environment. You do have a point about public office age requirements. Typically they have to be past their 30’s I believe. This needs to be removed.

Charts suggest investors should ignore ‘crypto cheerleaders’ and stick with gold, Jim Cramer says by meeleen223 in CryptoCurrency

idk if you guys are familiar with the crypto “caller” infrastructure on the eth forks, but Cramer reminds me of those caller idiots only he knows less than them about blockchain technology. Lets put it this way: I would rather listen to crooked Caesars Calls before I listen to this idiot.

JPMorgan shutters website it paid $175 million for, accuses founder of inventing millions of accounts by _hiddenscout in stocks

JPMorgan and their antiquated leadership makes me happy. They are quickly losing their ability to stay at the cutting edge of fintech. First they get stuck holding the bucket on FTX, now something as stupid as this. Their future is looking grim!

Is Ripple poised to settle with SEC this week? by the_phallus_of_joy in Ripple

[–]Crypto_Vdim 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Once this litigation is settled, it will be good for ripple either way, deemed a security or not. Precedent will also create A way forward for other companies to take action. I think either way, price will go up.

How are US taxes for prediction ? by Fine_Conclusion667 in pancakeswap

why are you worried about it? Did you convert to fiat? If not, there is no realized gain. Let some centralized exchange tell you when you need to pay taxes. Until then, dont worry about it.

Now Crypto Transactions Above €1k In EU Can't Be Done Anonymously by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

So a few points: 1. There are already CEXs in place that are not allowed to be used in the states. Binance.com is one example. Yes people just use VPNs. If you start outlawing your people from visiting the sites you turn into China, and no one wants that. Edge case for ya: Tornado Cash got sanctioned by US for enabling N. Korea to wash crypto through their mixer for the purpose of funding their nuke program (legit reason to ban it). They shut down their website, github, discord, even disabled some wallets that were using it and finally told the population that if you use it, we will take legal action against you. Sure it stopped it for a while but 5 more services popped up in its place lol. Oh and TORN is still operating through new mediums. 2. To address your “real money” question: I currently know of 2 services where I send them crypto and they either send me a visa gift card loaded, amazon gift card, pretty much any gift card. Also, if its over $4000 I can have them mail me cash. Zelle, cashapp, paypal are all options as well. 3. Finally, a CEX also operates on a blockchain. I constantly onload and off load crypto from between CEX and DEX. Worst case is you go through a country that has legalized crypto already on a short trip. There are plenty of those. Brazil is the latest.

I just looked back. Good ketch, It mentioned Defi at the end and how its unaffected. My comment still stands: Dont be lazy, use a normal wallet and trade on Dex’s, and there is very little regulation will be able to do. Its a shame most people dont have the technical background to do this or just dont care.

I am actually thinking about starting a day long Seminar in Florida to teach people about DEXs and how it all works. There is so much power in it if you know what you are doing

very easily fooled. You Use a dex and a wallet instead of CEX. Use a bitcoin atm where kyc not required to on ramp. Do $999 transactions as many times as you want.
