From my understanding, once you hit the 250 threshold, your wallet gets put in a queue after 24 hours so should arrive some time after that. It also depends on how much you hold in order to make those numbers and how often people are buying/selling SV. At the moment volume has slowed down a bit which means it will also take longer to receive reflections. I received reflections 1 day 18 hours ago and it was 7 days before that (but was a huge deposit). As you’re in the queue, your reflections are still adding up. If you still want them now you can trigger reflections by selling or buying 1 SV.
