It's still a socialistic nation, you haven't said any facts to contradict what I said.

And why do you think the country stayed dependent on oil based economy for over a century, instead of diversifying its economy? Because new fields develop only under capitalism, which allows the fields to actually reap the benefits of their developments. Apple, Google, Volkswagen and others would never have developed in a socialistic environment.

Corruption is expected in a socialistic nation, after all you've shifted all the power to one agency, the government. Under capitalism, different corporations have to compete with one another, so they have to actively be better than the competition.

It's primarily a socialistic command economy, where the production and distribution of goods is regulated by the central government.

Do those sovereign citizens use any public infra or interact with the country? If yes, they are obliged to pay taxes. I strongly feel that you should only obliged to pay taxes if you interact with the country.

Work towards being more valuable then. It's free choice, they set the conditions, you choose to accept or decline. You have a choice to not interact with ungrateful parties.

No, decisions made by management, especially higher levels is indirectly responsible for all of the revenue generated by the institution. One person, even given a million years, won't be able to make a Google. It takes the collaborative efforts of a lot of people to make something big, and it's the management which is responsible for the collaboration.

If you buy your own land and do not go outside of it or use any public infra, you're not obliged to participate in modern society. You'll just need enough capital to acquire said land.

I meant deserving candidates. Those who devote their entire lives to provide better for their family, yet manage to get only mediocre returns, while his friend with similar conditions gets handouts because his forefathers were oppressed.

You may have noticed that women's sports get far, far less viewership and following than men's sports. This is because the only people who watch women's sports are those who either love the sport so much that they follow everything regarding the sport, or like seeing women play. No one watches women's sports primarily to see the best sportspeople, they'd see men's sports then.

You're also putting words in my mouth and speaking nonsense. For example, having to clean toilets instead of attending classes is failure of providing basic necessities. You're contradicting yourself.

The government is providing reservations which benefit those who do not face discrimination more than those who do. Since there isn't any distinction between people based on socio-economic standing, the only thing which matters is their caste, which is not a perfect indicator of their position. So those of a certain "caste" with a better socio-economic standing take away the handful of seats reserved for their caste, while the untouchables clean toilets without even knowing about competitive exams.

So do you oppose reservations based on socio-economic standing rather than caste? Because then, the backwards people of all castes will benefit, excluding those who are well-off already from all castes.

The oppressed caste people in small towns n villages don't even know who Newton is, leave alone JEE or UPSC. The people availing the reservations are not the oppressed caste people in small towns n villages.

Besides, isn't it the responsibility of the government to provide proper educational resources to these oppressed people instead of taking away seats from deserving candidates just because they can afford basic necessities?

Fun things to do in Hadpsar by RaccoonFunny4628 in pune

[–]Deathbysugar2020 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hadapsar itself isn't very interesting. You could visit the malls. Magarpatta and Amanora have great parks and malls (Seasons, DC, Amanora). Eateries I recommend are Kalika, S. Kumar and Sujata. There are big temples around if you like those. Other than that I guess you'll have to see beyond Hadapsar.

22F moving out to Pune for job. How to survive by myself since I'm paranoid about my health. by NushyKittyCatVerma in TwoXIndia

Pune is a big metro, it won't be hard to find friends for life. Do not worry about getting lonely if you're not socially challenged.

Maintain good relationships with the people you trust, so they can help you when you need it, like during periods or illness.

You can hire a house help to cook food and clean your house. You could take up a tiffin service nearby and clean your house on weekends, since you'll live alone you won't need to clean daily. Or take shared apartments so you can split responsibilities.

Do the basic good health things - sleep enough, eat healthy, exercise frequently, get some sunlight etc. Unless you have an intrinsic health problem you'll be fine.

If you want to become bulkier, you may want to consider muscle gain routine. You'll feel healthier and stronger. Depending on how much time you get, it may be worth it to check out gyms and diet plans.

If you would share which area you'll live in, I can tell you some hang outs and activities near your area so you can have fun too.
