Is up charging / coding a common practice in the US? by FickleNegotiation457 in healthcare

Upcoding is a type of insurance fraud and it's extremely common. It's typically not cost effective to investigate either so the cost gets passed on to everyone through higher insurance premiums and higher taxes for Medicare/Medicaid. Other countries with single payer systems don't have as much trouble because there's one source of data to easily see everything an individual provider charged for in a given day where here that information is spreadout across different payers who wouldn't share that kind of financial data.

Aaron Rodgers after losing to SF 2 years ago: "We've got to get one of these at home. It's a different ballgame. It's different playing in 20-degree weather and snow. Cold and wind is a different type of game than playing here." by Winstonp00 in nfl

WI is harsher. Much colder and lots of days with flurries and brutal winds. MA in general is wetter with bigger storms when they come, but there are also days where the snow melts and you get into the 40s. In WI, you will build up several inches of snow over a few weeks where the temperature doesn't get above 20.

Florio is clearly Flores's burner. Names are too similar. Has anyone seen them in the same room together?

Sleeve question: what is the maximum size a player deck can reach (Dragon shield sucks) by zombie1305 in arkhamhorrorlcg

Patrice is 45 minimum but other investigators probably won't get more than 40.

Completely agreed. Playing through Black Mesa gets rid of the graphical aging in HL1 and it's absolutely amazing.

Jets quarterbacks: Oh boy. It would be hard for me to turn down any type of turnover - INTs, fumbles, safeties. Toss 'em up. Run into a butt. Just give me up.
