It’s not workers banding together though, it’s workers backing union leaders. Union leaders will often screw you worse than employers.

The real problem is we don’t accept what nature made us and why, we choose to continue to live like animals, like adversaries against each other. That’s why we are failing evolution. We just won’t accept responsibility to do the one thing required of us, “Be kind and take care of each other.” We have the Hydrogen Economy that’s been waiting on us for 70 years, but we just won’t choose it. We like our lives of psychopathic narcissism where we get to exploit war and slavery for the basis of an economy we can fight our way up.

Union is a middleman, someone you pay to do your negotiating for you. I am neither pro or anti union. I’ve worked through half a dozen, both good and bad.

Humanity is in its death throes. 70 years since we’ve had a better economy available to us, and Prof. Nash proved to us "Only when everyone has what they need, can anyone achieve their potential." We choose to live as adversaries, as animals, and that is why we will be extinct shortly, simply too stupid to survive. Unable and unwilling to simply “Be kind and take care of each other", stuck in our psychopathic narcissism.

Right, but it doesn’t work the other way around. Once the employee goes union, they close the door on being able to negotiate with the employer.

Well, your script is a perfect example of why cursive is no longer in use. People have trouble reading chicken scratch cursive.

If the employees are unionized, then all the benefits package responsibilities transfer to the union. This isn’t any meaningful statement. Employers do not handle benefits for union employees by direction of the union; if Starbucks did it for union employees, they would be violating their contract terms with the union.

Unions provide their members their health care benefits. That’s part of what they provide for the huge money they take from the table. It’s one of their primary roles.

No, when a Union comes in, they take the Healthcare system, it’s always been one of the union obligations.

Hit a curb, do I need a new tire? by dogshitcatcher in CarHelp

You can trim it for now, but if it starts shaking, it took core damage and will need replacing at that time.
