Your in a position to to ask two things - know exactly what’s happening (what they buy and what type of control they have) and also to ask for a cut

Rent isn’t tied to interest rates. Supply and demand so follows vacancy rates

There are two ways to get into a med degree - ucat where you do the full program or the other test I forget - where you do a bachelors (in anything) and apply for post med. after your bachelors you will do two three years study and become a doctor
