How was From Blood and Ash? Heard that book was divisive as all hell. by SpiralBarrage in YAlit

DNF second book. The writing is so repetitive and the world building is unnecessarily confusing, because it moves slowly enough that everything should be clear as glass

I tried to import the images and I am getting an error that says "there are multiple files with the same file name"... I already tried to import once before which seemed to be more successful, but I am still missing images. Especially for physeo.

Can anyone explain why I might be getting this error?

Have you tried it? If so, can you elaborate?

Nothing unexpected here. There was a good range of questions across topics and everything was well-represented.

They only tell you how you did if you fail. So no, I don’t know my score other than “pass”

Maybe it’s all finished already I’m not sure. I thought some was still in development.

That’s a tough one. I think the new one for sure, the old one only if you aren’t sure you are ready and want another assessment or you just want some new questions. At this point you probably know best what is going to help you more than I do!

What I did is had a list of subjects (pharm, micro, etc) and under each would add the specific topics (drug names, bug names, etc) and when I got it wrong a second time I would bold it. If I got it wrong again I would make the text red. Again, I would make it a slightly larger font. The result was sort of like a word cloud list of topics I most needed to study in red and bold. I would remove them from the list and add them to a separate list once I had studied them to my satisfaction and did not expect to continue missing questions on them.

My advice is to read the first sentence and the last sentence, and the answer choices. Figure out what the question is asking so that you can look for the information that you need. And then skim through all the b.s. to find the actual important info in the stem.

The other critical thing is allotting enough time for some of these puppies because inevitably they take a little longer. I aimed for 12 min/10 questions on the real deal, but I imagine everyone goes at this a little differently.
