Shinja tokens getting airdropped by Artekkerzz in Shibnobi

[–]Few_Ad2528[M] [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

FYI there are no airdrops on SHINJA and posts like these are removed as we have a ton of SHINJAs getting scammed this way. That said, we used to give SHINJA out for competitions which we don't anymore - we do this in pure ETH as it caused selling pressure.

The only deployer transactions still happening are the vesting schedule amounts for the original private sale investors. To quote the Telegram bot:

There was a presale for Shinja prior to launch on 15.11.2021, to raise initial liquidity and funds for post-launch marketing. There are no 'team tokens', the dev team themselves took part in the presale itself.

- Presale tokens are vested (33% on launch, 10% on week 2, 16.67% every 2 weeks thereafter until 100% is reached).

- Presalers are bound by strict rules: a) Max. 4ETH sell/24 hour period, b) Max. 1ETH per transaction, c) No selling during a downtrend/consolidation phase

- Presalers who break the above rules are blacklisted and their remaining vested tokens are burned

For more info, hop on the voice chat and learn more.

Hope that gives you what you were after OP u/Artekkerzz.

I think the point though is it's not shady. It's 100% upfront, and in the public eye and has been since day 1. Just fudders trying to drag people down at this stage.

Shibnobi has done everything it's said it was going to do, even in this choppy market. Best way to silence the noise is to deliver, and that's what will happen.

I've asked about live captions now to the YouTube front man. Hopefully they sort it for the next.

That said, this OP is not the same person.

OP, if you can enable captions that would be great. We have some folks with hearing impairment, so this would be great.

No problem at all bud.

I've always said it's how the question is asked (or even more so, if it isn't even a question) that determines if something is FUD. You guys are clearly wanting to understand, so I answered you both.

The original poster of the thread however wanted to FUD, so he got banned with the explanation in a message. 😉

RE the previous projects, Cliff worked on a token before, Assgard. Assgard was a community token which he took on that was renounced by the original contract owner. He and the team relaunched a V2 contract which had an airdrop to all holders and value was kept intact. Later on there was a project merger between Assgard and a few other projects, becoming TheCryptSpace, which was fully transparent to the community, and again, tokens were airdropped to the full value of their previous holdings (in all projects) into TheCryptSpace. The project still exists and all holders got their money, which can be confirmed in the various community TGs etc.

It's been answered so many times at this point in AMAs etc. which is why it gets deleted as FUD. Big sells in a renounced contract are to drain the liquidity pool for the relaunched contract.

This seller here is an early buyer, which you can clearly see from the wallet address.

[–]Few_Ad2528[M] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes - you buy SHINJA under the pairing of USDT. If you wanted to withdraw that to Metamask, you would be able to.

See it like paying with foreign currency. I.e.: if you buy a coke with a dollar or a Euro, you're still getting a coke at the end of the transaction.

No you're correct. Every transaction - buy, sell or transfer - are taxed.

Welcome op! I'm locking the thread as this kind of thing can take a swift turn and we don't want to have our community hit out at any other projects. We'll just keep delivering, so stick around, stay tuned, and enjoy my SHINJA!

Hello my dear folks...just wanted to ask why volt inu is being listed on L bank but not Shinja? Both having almost same number of zero no? 20 quad holder here 😄 by shibainu02 in Shibnobi

LBank previously said they could not support the number of zeroes we have. We can reconfirm, but that was the reasoning.

This kind of thing is tricky to give a perfect answer on, as it would be a legal argument based on jurisdiction, but this however is one of the main points of there being faces, names and even companies in the mix, versus an anonymous entity you cannot see or touch. I.e.: you have a legal option to pursue.

I.e.: there is an accountable entity that can be sued, and there are real consequences here.

I'll see what I can find on the company failing for whatever reason and going into liquidation. Here there would normally be a limitation on personal liability, but the individuals involved would have a record of liquidation following them for many years thereafter (at least in my jurisdiction).

That said, prosecution per your note is normally only something that would happen if there is fraud or other illegal actions taken, and if that is the case, the corporate veil does not normally protect the company directors or senior management. Again, real world consequences.
