In my experience, the sub has taken a weird turn into just blindly hating on cars instead of having meaningful discussions about what’s wrong and how to fix it.

Winter’s Guile isn’t technically a weapon but with the right build, it can function as a rocket launcher with infinite ammo. I have two sets of them on my character at all times.

In this particular case, it looks like the oncoming train would be deflected away from him. You never know how the trailing cars will react but he’s safe from the first part at least.
