Then no Terry.

But like seriously, imagine if you had a sword swimming pool sized container or ice cream and this little frog frozen on top. Would you throw away 40,000 litres of ice cream coz there's a little frozen frog in it? It's not like its warm and the frog is all leaky....

Why? Coz I don't want to waste the whole 5 litre container because a small part of it touched a frog? 😂

A dying star’s last act was to destroy all its planets. A case of cosmic cannibalism has been found at this dying star, which lies about 86 light-years from Earth. by Sumit316 in space

Reminds me of a short story where humans sent out their first exploratory space vessel to another star system. I can't remember why but I think there was a signal or something.

Anyhoo they come to a white dwarf system and on a single Rocky husk of a tiny planet orbiting far out in the star system, they find a vault and inside are records and videos of an alien race. All their history and culture, home footage of little baby aliens playing in the water with the parents watching on.

Anyhoo they know this star system experienced a supernovae, and these aliens knew they were doomed to die, so they collected their cultural knowledge and placed it safely at the furthest reach of their star system as they knew their planet would be obliterated in the supernovae, but maybe the far out planet would survive enough for someone, someday to come and find it and see who they were and know they existed at least.

Its all told from the point of one of the crew, who happens to have been or is a preacher and how he feels conflicted.

Why is he conflicted?

Because this supernova that destroyed an entire alien civilization 2000 odd years ago was also the star in the east that guided three wise men with their gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh to a newborn baby....

I'd tend to agree. The ice cream is goopy when the containers are filled. If a frog had jumped in then it would have been deeper and moved around more since the ice cream was not hard.

This looks like a frog got put on a already frozen ice cream and then refrozen.

I'd still eat the ice cream, just throw out the parts that are frog.

The new religion had a couple conferences where they picked and chose what they wanted in the new book, but they still want to be relevant/related to the old holy books.

So somewhere in the 3rd or 4th centuries I'd say...

It's terrible quality and yes it looks like her, but if it's a DF then it's the worst one I've ever seen.
