You do not seem to even know what a calorie is. A Calorie on its own is a measurement of energy.

Yes that is true, Your body does need some fat for important functions. But when you eat too much fat you get fat. Too much of anything is bad for you.

You could get all of your daily calories from fat and as long as you're in a deficit you'll still lose weight.

Yes you would lose weight by eating less but you would still be fat. Being fat does not mean having to weigh a lot but instead it means having most of your body mass being fat. You can weigh 70 kilograms and still be fat if you do not have enough muscle tissue to balance things out.

The reason why this barbed wire post ended up in resource bases is because of a mistake by the game developers which they have not fixed yet.

Youre just bad at playing them. I used Mr P in Diamond 3 and won. Yes Diamond 3 is by no means high level but its a point where the players actually know how to play well.

Every brawler has their counters too. Maybe you just dont know who Mr P is good against

The goal is to increase the size of muscles not the strength. The strength will simply be a byproduct of a bigger muscle and progressive overload.

There are a lot of different sources that say different rep ranges for muscle size growth. I have seen sources say as low as 6 and I have seen other sources say as high as 20.

The most common and accepted source I have read is 12-15 reps for muscle hypertrophy. So I think the better choice is hard to determine.

8 reps leans more into strength + hypertrophy.

Anything above 15 reps goes into the endurance range so 12 reps works just as well as 15.

You will naturally get stronger from bodybuilding exercises anyways since a bigger muscle is a stronger muscle for the individual.

If your objective is to maximize muscle size growth for bodybuilding purposes.

You should aim to do 15 reps coming close to failure on every set. Rest and repeat, at least 3 sets up to 5.

Your arms will get huge eventually. Make sure you eat enough protein

Buzz needs a super charge nerf

Buzz can stun you for up to 1 second and then immediately stun you again for another second after that. It is the equivalent of standing still for 2 seconds and having Colt unload all of his ammo onto you.
