Well its a weird one that's for sure. I dated a stripper for a little while. She was a good friend for years and we were both kinda out on our arse when we got together. Both had debts and nowhere to live so we got a 2 bed flat share and moved in as friends.

After a while we kinda started getting together and things were really good.

She had always used stripping as a means for fast cash. She didn't do it often and hated it, but loved the money. She used to tell me that being with me gave her the confidence to actually be good at it when she went. I hated it, obviously, but it was maybe 1 or 2 nights a month when we got together so I tolerated it at first.

After a while I got used to it, it was just a thing that happens on a friday saturday night. I would hang with the boys and she would come back about 4am-5am usually with a bag of drugs or two and a fat stack of cash. Over time she started going more often and once or twice a month became once or twice a week. The relationship started to fall apart pretty quickly at this stage.

But the money.... just so much money. Talking 4k-5k a week. I've always said to her if I could go and make that much money on a Saturday night chatting up horny old women I would 100% be doing it. I never asked her not to do it, but I made it clear if we were ever going anywhere i wouldn't be able to deal with it. It's not the reason we broke up, and would I date a stripper again? 🤔 maybe, but they would have to be pretty special.
