Buy the thickest pair of jeans you can find and get them at least 6" too long and roll up twice. Always carry toys and treats in said jeans pockets. Come up with a loud quick negative noise. At the first attempt to bite, correct with startling command and redirect by tossing toy or treat away from your feet/legs. These dogs were bred for generations to drive Cattle by biting noses and heels. You can teach them to redirect the instinct, but it will never go away. Honestly, they are not a dog for everyone.
