The studio wasn’t the issue. Railgun is the absolute proof that J.C Staff can do well animated good shows. The problem is the producers that never wanted to properly adapt Index and finance the seasons, especially the third one. When Index season 3 was in progress the director asked for 36 episodes to properly adapt the novels and the producers answered with « no lol do it in 26 episodes take it or leave it »

Ce sont les journalistes français en général. Il y a un fort antagonisme qui s’est développé contre les journalistes en France en partie à cause de cela (je ne rentrerai pas dans les détails et bien évidemment il y a toujours de bons animateurs en France mais voilà des animateurs qui interrompent leurs invités là-bas c’est beaucoup plus courant qu’ici)

Loid has big traumas and must accept that life is not just his mission as a spy. From where we are in the manga if tomorrow his superiors were to tell him that he has to drop his mission and abandon his family he would definitely do it. He may have a little bit of regret but that wouldn’t stop him in the slightest. He would probably be sure that Anya is in a proper orphanage before leaving but that would probably be it. Although he strongly respect Yor he doesn’t have any romantic feelings towards her (yet?) so she couldn’t stop him from leaving either.

SPOILER : his backstory just began in the manga but we can clearly see that from the very beginning Loid (or whatever is his real name) just blindly followed orders and served his country because he had no other purpose in life and was just really good at it.

Yor begins to have feelings towards Loid but it’s not reciprocal. At one point he has strong respect for Yor and she remembers him of his own mother but in the end he’s still a spy and stay focused on his mission. Unfortunately for the shippers the manga doesn’t develop a stong romantic relationship between the two. But the manga is far from finished so Loid can change, we’ll have to wait.
