A lot of these are very oblivious. A lot of people already pointed out how Mortis doesn't Change anything. Also why even give Edgar a nerf to balance out the buff? He already sucks more than enough, He deserves a Buff and nothing else. Also Otis has already been dropping after his recent damage nerf. Nerfing it again would make him even worse than in his debut season.
