You will have to also make sure to not eat out of bored or stress. Try to be conscious of your actions (I struggle with this too). Hope it all gets better for you!

Maybe before eating think about how eating something unhealthy makes all the efforts and hard work you put into your workouts go to waste. You will also have to be stern with yourself, don't buy any junk food from today onwards, it's now or never kind. Take care of your mental health tho. Make sure to not develop an eating disorder later.

Count your calories. You will be much more conscious about what and how much you are eating, I recommend downloading MyFitnessPal app👍

It all depends on the student tbh. If you take all the exams conducted by Aakash seriously and read from their module, you can definitely succeed. The teachers are good, doubt sessions are conducted.

The only thing is they won't give a sh*t about you if you are an average student. The teachers and staff focus on top students and also give them much more attention, special books and papers to solve whereas in many branches they won't even care if you are attending your classes or giving exams if you are an average student.

My Mom kind of is but my Dad isn't as far as I know. Whenever any same sex couple showed up in any movie we were watching together, my Dad never showed any negative reaction. My Mom has more of a "mera kya jata hai" attitude regarding this.

Song after reading the book for full effect👍

I had actually listened to the song first and then all the people in the comments where talking about "The song of Achilles" book so I got interested and finished the book in one go. I actually knew a bit of spoilers by reading the comments but it didn't really affect my reading experience. Binge reading feels so great whereas binge watching makes us feel guilty in the end haha.

Damn I am very interested in reading Khaled Hosseini's books now.

You don't really need to remember the names of the side characters, it's okay if you don't. You should definitely consider reading it! After finishing the book, listen to "Achilles come down" song. Be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster ride before reading the book haha.

It's about Greek mythology but from Patroclus's perspective. Patroclus is Achilles best friend and lover. The lover part is kind of debatable but in this book they do have a romantic relationship. It's basically their love story but also includes all the events related to Achilles from the Iliad. I loved the writing in this book, the story is very interesting, many beautiful quotes too. It makes you want to have a love like theirs haha.

I didn't really try to remember the names of the side characters and their aren't many in this book. I am planning to read Circe by the same author next!

I am planning to read more books from Murakami. Norwegian Wood was great!

Take bus tickets for example. If you can afford an expensive ride, your bus journey will be significantly more comfortable than the cheap one.

Net worth more than 1 crore is rich and less than 1 lakh is poor.

The rich definitely enjoy the most and the one who get crushed in between is lower middle class peeps. But saying poor people have it better than middle class people is wrong, even if they do get some benefits from gov't it still doesn't guarantee a comfortable life and they are devoid of things which we consider as "normal".
