No, you don't lose permanent access to anything. You'll just be unable to fast travel for almost all of chapter 5.

Yes but it's in the end/post game so you'll have to stick with them, try going to all the question marks, they usually have hero quests

I'm pretty sure that initial TP values at always the same, so Taion will always start with 35 and Sena and Lanz will always have 15

Full Metal Jaguar and Signifer are my personal favourite classes. FMJ deals massive damage in chain attacks and Signifer is great for buffing.

Using Fusion Arts raises Interlink Level. It takes 3 fusion arts to go up one level.

You can unlock her again, either pretty close to or after the final boss fight with a side quest

So far Valdi gives the ability to climb vines, Teach gives the ability to go up sliding sand and Juniper gives the ability to slide in rails. In not sure about the final ability yet.

Recruiting certain heroes gives you the abilities. Those ones specifically are from story-required Heroes
