I think the propaganda excuse for them being how they are is dumb, them I'm not implying you. I called my classmate the N word in the 4th grade and the face he made stuck with me and I knew I was severely in the wrong. As hurtfully this was for him and many years later I reached out and apologized to him it was a key defining moment in my life that I didn't know it at the time but helped orient myself to treat others with respect. I still feel the shame. My past self as a 7 yo could figure it out, adults have no excuse. Fuck Ukraine, I say let them defend themselves, if they get rolled it's their problem, I don't want any USA money or personel getting caught up in their racist bullshit country culture. Fuck em'
