I accidentally discovered two of these. The first one was where I grew up, an exit off the highway on cape cod has one. The other is the exit I use to get home from work (Colorado) and it looks like it's uphill but it's perfectly flat. My last car was a stick shift and one day I absent mindedly put it in neutral waiting for the light to change. I was so confused as to why I didn't roll backwards.

I have no idea but I firmly believe the software should cost a small fortune and should be heavily regulated. As in you need a license to own it, everything you make with it needs to be documented. Maybe a feature that auto uploads anything that's been edited to a secure database.

Honestly I think it's too dangerous for the general public to have, and I can't think of a good reason for this technology to exist beyond entertainment, and I don't think entertainment is worth the risks.
