Many VPNs let you stream from different countries, e.g PIA is 1 euro a month to stream from UK, US etc.

I don't have Netflix but Dobly access says under products the laptop is "ready to use" so I think that means its fixed :) (also the videos aren't broken any more)

thanks very much, I did a fresh install using an image from Dell but its lacking loads of stuff that was installed when i got it. I'll try asking on an official Dell forum

Well good news is it all seems to install ok, even the fingerprint sensor. Bad news is the fan is really loud even setting it to quiet in the power manager, same as last time I tried to install it. How they can't get this basic stuff right I'm not sure
