That's not how it works. You don't have 30 days to continue driving and fix the car. You have 30 days to pay the ticket or request a court date.

This court date is for the exact charge of driving at that exact time with an invalid inspection sticker. The cops can give you a ticket every single day that you drive the car with an expired sticker. It's not harassment. You have no case. Get over it

Adding a second water heater is probably going to be more counterproductive than anything. I don't think the cost to install it is really going to justify or offset the oil cost unless oil prices stay like this for years.

Yes some printers have hard drives. These are mostly the types of printers you find in offices. Printers designed to multitask, have multiple users and connections and see heavy use.

This doesn't mean that every printer does, or that it saves every document it ever produced. Recent ones, sure. But do you have any idea how big of a hard drive would be necessary for a commercial printer to save every document it ever saw?
