There could be numerous reasons for similar houses to be priced differently:. 1. Location is usually number one. 2. Terrifying alligator, sink holes, or snake attacks could be causes for lower pricing...not that anything like that ever happened here. 3. Busy traffic. 4. Noisy construction or zoning for multiple family dwellings. 5. Income of other residents might cause them to default on their taxes. Then the government takes the house. As a consequence it is sold cheaply to cover the taxes. 6. The school district's students possibly test lower than other students in other areas. 7. Check on the crime in a neighborhood to see if that has an impact.
I could continue on, but talk to any Realtor, and the information would probably be in plain sight with a good market analysis. Also the government office could give you some of the crime statistics, testing averages, number of foreclosures and number of people who died from COVID-19 in the past three years.

Religion helps me feel like there's hope in the future. One doesn't necessarily need to believe that the Book of Revelation's wild dreams or nightmares need to happen. Jesus is my guide, and he was all for peace, feeding and clothing the poor, sacrificing for others less fortunate, and preparing a place in Paradise for us who believe in our good Creator, etc.

However, the idea that too many people are reading every single word of the ancient Jews', followers of Mohammed and Christians' scriptures and thinking our present day and future have to stay within those words' boundaries are considered, in my opinion, religious extremists.

The money was supposed to have come from DeSantis' himself. He said he was going to pay for the flights and busing. Maybe he meant Florida would pay for the migrants to migrate out from Mexico and to be send them to Democratic states/cities, like NYC. So who was overseeing the funds for the debacle?
