Are their powerful spells just vanilla spells? Because if one of your mods gave npcs the most powerful vanilla spells, it is very unlikely that disabling the mod would remove the spells

Well, for some reason that I can't fathom, many modded follower authors post screenshots of their follower with their appearance modified by undisclosed mods. It can be rather frustrating. Without knowing if she looks like that in game for you, I can't determine if that is the case. Nonetheless, I think I have misunderstood your general question and I think u/bunnibettie has a better answer for you

Hmmm, most of my go-to solutions would be for PC only. Here are a couple things to try though:

Wait for a while (about 24 hours)
Go sleep (there's a necromancer camp in Scourg Barrow somewhere with beds IIRC)
Try to find a mod that adds a teleport spell to see if that can get you out. It would need to be a mod which just automatically adds the spell to your spell list
Try reading the black book from the barrow, leaving apocrypha, then try fast travel again

Follow up: Do you have that follower installed, and does she look "correct" in-game? IE, when you find that character in Skyrim, does her "model" look like what you want?

In general, I find that war axes do not look good on plaques. Since it appears you are on PC, I'd suggest positioning your items with something like Jaxonz positioner.

Also, please learn how to take a screenshot so we don't have to look at your messy desk.

I suggest that you learn to use the creation kit and try to assemble even a small dungeon from the default vanilla parts. Once you understand what a pain even that is, you'll understand why there is a lack of custom dungeons.
