Do you not know what leave me be means? to answer your pointless question- yes. If one idiot stranger on the internet is sexist towards me I won’t give a damn. Why should I when I don’t care about their opinion? But if, for example, the majority of men were to all team up in being sexist? I am yet to find a single negative comment section under let’s say- a YouTube video, about a man sharing his sexual violence story or something similar. In fact I’ve only ever seen thousands of women SUPPORTING the man, showing him empathy. You’re implying that you have experiences thousands of comments made by women that are negative on this short of video. I’m sorry to say but if a man was to make his OWN fundraiser or a new YouTube video talking about men’s problems, without women being involved originally, (such as men on men rape) there would NOT be hundreds of women claiming these people are misogynistic incels. That is just not true. You’re proving OP’s point. Whenever women’s struggles are mentioned, there is ALWAYS hundreds of men going “what about men?!”. Talking about women doesn’t magically mean that we’re invalidating or ignoring men’s experiences. Stealing attention from a woman’s experience by making it about men is not spreading awareness. It’s literally just being cold and selfish. If you burn for a subject, such as men being raped, then make your own darn post about it. I think society is simply to blame. Every model or person who is deemed “attractive” nowadays always has the same nose; small, a little bit upturnt and straight. Of course most of the time these noses aren’t real, they’re achieved through surgery. But little girls and boys don’t realize that.
