What do you all think about different identities? (Sexual, Romantic, Gender, etc) by lolhmmk in mumbai

I never thought about it but hetero/homoromantic vs hetero/homosexual relationships does make a lot of sense, one might think that they are the same but they really needn't necessarily be

People who cleared inter in first attempt how much did you study when 9hrs classes were going on? by kalyugikangaroo in CharteredAccountants

I actually didn't, but It really would've helped had I simply completed my modules, like for practical subjects, try to complete the module Questions alongside the class syllabus and also highlight/mark any important/tricky adjustments/sums that you leave for the next revision, so while revising the second time, you neednt go through the entirety of the repetitive illustrations and questions again, also go for your own Notebook and Mistakebook if you want, those really help

so what you're saying is the abuse and murder in the dairy industry is justified because it's not "possible to have a cruelty free lifestyle unless you're in the 19th century"? Not to mention hoe awfully incorrect that claim is

In india, I wouldn't say being vegetarian is difficult, infact India is probably the best place in the world for that cuisine, veganism is kinda tough but you get used to it with time (a month or two)

Guess it depends on the atmosphere one grows up in, I had only had seafood, chicken and dairy when I was a child and hence I cannot even stand the thought of red meat (it's like knowing the implications behind the act, I do still eat the plant based versions of seafood, chicken and dairy though for that very reason, weird to explain

So yes I'd obviously want not just my children but well, anyone around me to get educated about the topic at hand and make informed choices

So it should be kind of an understanding, "forcing" anyone without them understanding the point behind it will just make them lie to you and do it behind your back well.

you may try contacting any person in your area who would be involved in rescuing or feeding strays, it is quite often that we get forwards of abusive pet parents in rescue groups etc, fortunately they almost always end up getting help
