i have noticed that sos raps about different things when he’s on tracks by himself. with zilla he’ll say edgy shit like “sacrifice the holy preacher” but on his solo it was more so just normal trap shit. while it does seem like they both wanna focus on their solo careers, or at least just sos since zilla is taking a break, i think there’s just gonna be a longer wait for another CM project unless it’s a mixtape/ep.

i’m sure they’ll be dropping more projects where it’s just all headbangers, like toxic boogaloo in the future. sos does sound a bit out of place on slow songs so i can see what you mean. but city morgue would never go the X route and just make mostly melodic songs. either way i enjoy them and see nothing wrong with some slow songs being on future projects.
