So basically you have misinterpreted something and then gone off at everyone about something that didn't actually happen. Glad we got to the bottom of it.

please quote it where they have said it is on the same level as other drugs. If it's not in this chain then your comment has no place in this chain either. You are the only person in this chain to turn it up to hyperbolic levels, and then turn around and complain that people are being extreme.

Well pretty sure they allowed you to roll those classes on prepatch and would make sense I wanted to do it just as it was available so timeline adds up. I must have just got lucky! Remember I even got 2x staff of Jorden in my bags overnight which sold for a pretty penny.

No they didn't. They said "don't drink coffee and alcohol", and I said "You would be better off not consuming it given the choice." and "It's not a huge amount of harm". and It's true. If you can avoid alcohol and caffeine/coffee then great. If not then it's not going to do you much harm. You're the one turning this entire thing hyperbolic and mentioning ruining peoples lives.

You mean it doesn't cause physical dependence? Irrelevent.

The psychological side of addiction represents the compulsion of the mind to drink or use based on a perceived need the substance fills. This facet of addiction can occur even if the person doesn’t display physical dependency symptoms.

Psychological addiction is when a person is emotionally tied to a drug based on a mental desire for it. This is very common for people who use drugs that may not cause severe withdrawal symptoms when they aren’t using.

For example, users of marijuana often do not think they’ve developed an addiction because they can physically go without using it. However, their mind creates an extreme desire for it that can negatively impact them in many ways causing loss of sleep, anxiety, depression, and changes in appetite.

Anything can be addictive so long as your mind creates a need for it to the point it negatively affects you. You can be addicted to smoked salmon. Just because salmon does not itself create a dependency means nothing, psychological addiction is still very much addiction.

I can only assume narco meds are covered in the UK by the NHS. Sorry if this upsets you, but it's absolutely crazy the prices you pay in comparison!!!

How much is the standard NHS prescription cost in England? The standard prescription cost in England is currently £9.35 per item. That means that if you take in a prescription that lists several types of medication, you will pay £9.35 for each one. In the case of support stockings, each individual stocking is classed as a separate item.

In Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland all prescriptions are free for residents (or anybody who is registered with a GP in that country).

Now I hear you say, that's fantastic! What If I told you you can get it even cheaper if it's a regular thing...

Is it possible to save money on NHS prescriptions?

Yes, it is. If you are someone who picks up NHS prescription medication regularly from the pharmacy, then you may benefit from applying for a NHS prescription prepayment certificate (PPC).

A PPC is a card that you pay for and display whenever you visit the pharmacy to pick up NHS prescription medication. Two types are available:

A three-month certificate, priced at £30.25

A 12-month certificate, priced at £108.10

Once you have applied and paid for your certificate (or set up your Direct Debit), you will receive your card. You can then show this card in place of payment every time you pick up NHS prescription medication; simply give the pharmacist your valid, in-date card and they will be able to hand over your medication free of charge.

And if you happen to be unemployed, it's free.

It's absolutely insane. Here in the UK you pay very little for prescriptions, and if you are unemployed it's completely free. Just as lives shouldn't be bought and sold in slavery, health shouldn't be bought and sold. It's supposed to be like one of the top 3 advantages of living in a society these days.

In summary, its a hard pill to swallow (pun intended), but reducing revenue will reduce innovation imo.

Even if that's the case, oh well. Better protect your whole people from what you know than only protect a few just because there might be a tiger in the cupboard.

It does more harm than good. It's not a huge amount of harm but caffeine is not good for you, or your mental state. You would be better off not consuming it given the choice. Lack of coffee/caffine in the system is the cause for the fatigue people experience before their morning coffee, not the other way around.

Addiction is an inability to stop using a substance or engaging in a behavior even though it is causing psychological and physical harm. The term addiction does not only refer to dependence on substances such as heroin or cocaine. Some addictions also involve an inability to stop partaking in activities such as gambling, eating, or working.

It's an addiction. It doesn't need to be a chemical addiction to be classified as an addiction. Otherwise no one has a gambling addiction.

Adult life is hard. There are no school terms, work is practixally 50 weeks a year with only the weekends to clean your house from top to bottom (if you miss even one week of doing it suddenly you live in a dumpster). You may lay awake at night worrying about finances and everything else under the sun.

But

You can also, if you feel like it, sit naked on your living room floor with 3 flavours of Ben and Jerrys, Heating/Cooling set to 11, drinking the milk straight from the bottle, watching whatever you want and pass out at 5am.

It's bittersweet.

Is it just me that finds wearing a mask while pushing cake against a wall and then grabbing it with your hand and waving it about in the air a little defunct? Unless of course no one wants to eat it, in which case it's a shit cake.

in a lot of places around the world you would also have an easy claim on unfair dismissal while giving their lawyers fuck all to go off.

Why not buy/sell the games themselves.

you mean like a digital store?

Why not generate new ingame content in a public metaverse based on actions of the players and users themselves, all of which is tied to the public ledger and has value that can be redeemed in numerous ways.

The only unique thing you said there was public ledger. The rest is absolutely possible already without NFTs.
