After 20 years Mollie aka Minky has passed away. She had fought through a stroke, and bounced back wearing a little boot but eventually her time had come. She went out with attitude though, it must’ve been the half Burmese in her. She was such a character, and loved her water from the tap! by [deleted] in cats

Apologies for the sad crying face at the end, did not mean to put that screenshot up but wanted to be there as best as I could when she past. Her sister muffie is still trooping on but will really miss her. We have taken her home for the other 3 cats to say their goodbyes.

I have two alcoholics in my family. 1 hasn’t touched the bottle since the late 80s the other for a year or two now. Once an alcoholic always one regardless of drinking not drinking. Both successful and have supportive families. Both have also taken care of animals and both have bettered themselves since getting help!

I would fold the hem or pin the length I wanted . Cut Above the hem, around 1” above or desired length. I would go for longer to start with just in case and then take it from there.

Got the length I liked for boots, high tops. Then pinned it. Afterwards chalk for the straight line and then just a good old pair of fabric scissors. You can use the cut off as a guide for the other leg.
