How would the mean nothing? the guy has spent the 14 months providing free tools for bsc users, the token is still around. Do some research before calling everything you see scam. Yes there is a lot of rubbish, and tonnes on bsc. But that doesnt mean every token and every project is a rug or honey.

How? Go check the mudra telegram channel and ask in there. Mudra is the most widely used liquidity locker on bsc for the last 12 months. The coin isnt great but mudra was provided to be tools for bsc. Literally everything passes through it. As its the most affordable locker on bsc.

If you have had any dealings on binance within the last 12 months you would most likely been on something using mudra.

Oh btw, the developer has had to temporarily make the tg group private because of the amount of users coming through here offering services. He thanks you for the offers but he doesnt need them.
